Concrete Contractors of Irving operates as a marketing and referral service that connects potential customers seeking concrete construction services with qualified contractors. We are not a concrete contractor ourselves and do not directly perform construction work.

When you submit an inquiry through our website:

• We forward your information to Inner Loop Construction, our selected provider
• Inner Loop Construction will contact you directly to discuss your project
• Any contractual relationship for services is directly between you and Inner Loop Construction

No Guarantees

Project Outcomes: We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

• The quality, timeliness, or completion of any construction project
• Project costs, schedules, or performance specifications
• The suitability of any contractor for your specific needs
• Compliance with local building codes, permits, or regulations

User Responsibilities

By using our referral service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries
• Conduct your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a contractor
• Verify contractor licenses, insurance, references, and credentials independently
• Review and understand all contracts before signing with any contractor
• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals for your construction project

Non-Circumvention Clause

If you are connected with a contractor through our referral service and subsequently engage that contractor for work, you agree not to circumvent our referral relationship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of initial introduction.

This means you will not directly engage the referred contractor for additional projects or services during this period without including us in the referral relationship. This clause protects our business model and ensures fair compensation for our referral services.

Provider Disclosure Limitations

We refer inquiries exclusively to Inner Loop Construction. While we believe they are qualified professionals, we do not continuously monitor, supervise, or verify:

• Current license status or standing with regulatory authorities
• Insurance coverage levels or validity
• Past or present legal disputes, claims, or judgments
• Work quality, customer satisfaction, or safety records

You are solely responsible for verifying contractor credentials, obtaining references, and ensuring the contractor meets your project requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concrete Contractors of Irving and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Construction defects, delays, cost overruns, or project failures
• Property damage, personal injury, or economic losses
• Disputes between you and any contractor referred through our service

Our liability, if any, is limited to the referral service we provide. We are not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of any contractor.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Concrete Contractors of Irving, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our website or referral service
• Any agreement or dispute with a referred contractor
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

Consent to Contact

By submitting your information through our website, you expressly consent to being contacted by Concrete Contractors of Irving and/or Inner Loop Construction via phone calls, text messages, and emails regarding your inquiry. This consent applies even if your phone number is registered on any Do Not Call list.

You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us or replying STOP to text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply to text communications.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
